Complete Wedding Coordination
Are you looking to hire a professional for some peace of mind in the few weeks leading up to, and, more importantly on the wedding day? We will step in to finalize the details, tie up the loose ends, manage the day and ensure everything you have planned for is flawlessly executed.
Package is based on eight (8) hours of coordinating on your wedding day and four (4) hours of professional event consultation to be used leading up to your wedding day. These hours may be used for an onsite walk through of your ceremony and reception venue, rehearsal or additional planning sessions.
- One virtual planning meeting prior to your wedding day to review final wedding plans, timeline, floor plan and vendor deliverables.
- One onsite walk through of your ceremony and reception venue to finalize set up and floor plan
- Unlimited contact via text and email from the time of contract signing. Any phone and video chats need to be pre-scheduled ~ We are always here for you!
- Recommendations of approved, qualified wedding vendors
- Review all your vendor contracts as needed to understand exactly what will be arriving day-of
- Identify any missing pieces to the wedding day that may have been missed but are essential to run smoothly
- Creation and distribution of your detailed wedding day itinerary and timeline
- Assist in the coordination of your rehearsal prior to your wedding with officiant
- Professional Day of Wedding Coordinator onsite for up to 12 hours of wedding day management
Essential Wedding Management
This package is designed for couples who are comfortable planning their wedding but are looking to hand over those plans to a professional to execute on the day of the wedding. We will step in and finalize all of the details and ensure everything is taken care of on your wedding day, so you can sit back and enjoy your time with family and friends.
Package is based on 5 hours of coordinating on your wedding day. Includes two virtual meetings, one meeting at time of booking and one the week prior to wedding day.
